Drainfast / MuckStopper / SiteStak
Roads and sewers are typically installed early in a building project. This leaves the deep drainage susceptible to the ingress of silt and mud. To tackle this widespread issue, we have developed a new product, the MuckStopper 600m. This acts as a secondary manhole cover that is completely watertight and therefore prevents any silt or debris from entering the manhole below. Our prototype product was installed at an O'Halloran & O'Brien project in Godalming, and you can see how it performed in this video.
To supplement their range of earthmoving and excavating plant, they have invested in four SiteStak units. Each of these innovative mobile units combines sufficient storage of plastic pipework and fittings for at least a day’s worth of continuous drainage installation with a convenient workstation where pipes can be cut and prepared cleanly and safely. They can also be easily moved to, from and around a site as work progresses, ensuring they are strategically located for maximum work efficiency.
