Nationwide Delivery
Some of our product ranges are available nationwide and will be delivered via courier, pallet network or bespoke haulage as appropriate. These include:
- Channel Drainage - order by 12:00 pm for delivery in 1-3 working days
- Frost Drains - order by 12:00 pm for delivery in 1-3 working days
- MuckStopper - order by 12:00 pm for delivery in 1-3 working days
- SiteStak System - enquire now for current lead times, typically 2-3 weeks
Delivery charges are calculated and applied at checkout.
For all other products, we use our own delivery fleet as detailed below.
Drainfast Delivery
To qualify for free next working day delivery, you must:
- Have the goods delivered to a location in Zone 1 or 2 on the map below
- Place your order before 5pm by phone or online
- Spend over £100 (Smaller orders are subject to an additional £20 charge)
Optional AM delivery is available within Zone 1 for an additional fee of £20.00
Zone 1
In this zone:
- Free next working day delivery is available when you place your order before 5pm and spend over £100
- Smaller orders are subject to a carriage charge of £20
- Optional AM delivery is available for an additional fee of £20.00
Zone 2
In this zone:
- Free next working day delivery is available when you place your order before 5pm and spend over £100
- Smaller orders are subject to a carriage charge of £20
Zone 3
In this zone:
- Free delivery is available on a 2-5 working day service when you spend over £100
- Smaller orders are subject to a carriage charge of £20
Zone 4
We don't typically deliver to your location with our own fleet of trucks. Please contact us for more information if you require clarification.

Pick Up From Depot
Pick-up in depot options is available at all of our depots. However, please check stock availability with a staff member before making your trip. Stock levels on this website may not reflect actual stock kept at the depots. There is no charge for picking up from a depot.
Large and bulky items
Please note some of the larger products have an extended delivery time. There are also instances when large items will have requirements on site before their delivery. Upon receiving your order by phone or email, we will advise you of delivery details and specific delivery requirements.
Should there be any reason for delayed delivery, we will endeavour to contact you immediately.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please call us on 01420 555600 to arrange it. Returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order and items must be in a re-sellable condition. A restocking fee of at least 20% will apply, and additional charges may be incurred for collection or cleaning if needed. Some items, such as special orders or made-to-order products, may not be returnable.
Deliveries Overseas
Sorry, we do not deliver to overseas addresses or to overseas UK island locations such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland.
